Store Pickup
If you would like to pick up your order from our store, please select “Pickup” under the delivery options at checkout. We’ll send you a text message once your order is ready for collection. Orders can be collected during business hours.

All online orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

- $9.95 express shipping
Orders under $100
- $9.95 standard shipping
- $14.95 express shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
Order Processing
We aim to pack and dispatch all online orders within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
- All other Australian locations: 2–7 business days

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:
- the item is unused
- in original packaging
- in resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, ridden, gripped, mounted, installed, or otherwise altered from their original condition.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where applicable.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
